AVIKO Potato pancakes
200 g of Greek yogurt
1 cube of feta cheese
½ bunch of chives
1-2 cloves of garlic
salt to taste
juice of ½ lemon
1 package of thinly sliced bacon or prosciutto

We start by preparing potato pancakes according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, prepare the chips. Place thin slices of bacon, Parma ham or prosciutto on a baking tray. Bake for about 6 minutes (3 minutes on each side).

Blend the feta cheese in a blender or crush it with a fork along with Greek yogurt and garlic. Optionally, add a small amount of salt.

Spread the pancakes generously with sauce, then add bacon chips and sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
